Q: What is a work authorization? Why is it necessary to sign it?
A: This form gives Elite permission to work in your buiding or home during the restoration process.
Q: How long will the restoration process take after I make the initial call to Elite Property Restoration?
A: As long as the emergency is within 50 miles of our office, our team should be on site within 1-2 hours.
Q: If I have an emergency at my home or business, what do I do?
A: Remember - Safety first. If there are any dangers, take extra precautions to make sure you and everyone else nearby is safe. Next, Call Elite Property Restoration at

Q: What if we and our maintenance crew have already begun the cleaning process? Do we still need Elite to come?
A: Yes. Elite will work hand in hand with the maintenance crew or we can take over the project and oversee it to completion.
Q: Does Elite use different subcontractors?
A: Though Elite does the majority of our work with in house employees, there are certain specialtiy trades we subcontract out.
